Can you help me choose the right service?
Of course! We can attend to complete a free survey of your property, and estimate which service will suit you best. We can then answer any concerns you may have. We aim to make your moving day stress-free and efficient.
Do you provide office moves?
Yes we can help move your high street office. We can provide packing, dismantling and reassembly, and provide you with a project manager if you need us to take the helm, allowing you to focus on your business.
What happens if there is a change of plan?
Not to worry. We know things can change. We cater for this, and time is allocated to the day to factor these problems. Dates can change, and we will work with you closely to keep you at ease, and provide the great service you deserve.
How should my items be prepared for the move?
We ask that all boxes are closed and square so that they can be stacked properly to avoid damage. Boxes with delicate items inside are labelled and correctly packed with protection if necessary. Boxes are not to be over packed and each box should not be overweight, you should be able to lift the box without difficulty. If you can't then the mover may not be able to either. Beds, wardrobes and chests of drawers are dismantled and labelled for transportation. If items were built in the room they may not come back out fully assembled.
Can you do my packing?
Yes, we can come prepared with all the relevant packing materials, packing team and move your items once all has been completed. Be sure to allow additional days for preparation when using this service.
