Cancellation Policy & Service Fees
To receive a full refund for a service cancellation, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is equal to the cost of a 2-hour service for your chosen service type and must be paid at least 7 days prior to your agreed booking date.
The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours, as it helps us cover lost business opportunities during peak times.
We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. In some cases, we may be able to reschedule your service for another mutually agreeable date and time. However, we reserve the right to decline rescheduling requests made with very short notice or after a significant amount of time has passed.
Additional Service Time:
If your service takes longer than the booked 2-hour slot, you will be charged for the additional time in 30-minute increments at a rate of 50% of the hourly service fee.
